HOW WE WORK
Design service
- 1. Customer sends us basic information about the required design to Sumeka.
- 2. Sumeka sends quotation for the design work as well as our designers’ portfolio to our customer.
- 3. Customer confirms the quotation and makes a deposit for the design work to Sumeka.
- 4. Sumeka sends ‘Art Direction’ or ‘Mood Board’ for the design work to our customer within 7 working days.
- 5. Sumeka revises the design as per our customer’s requests (3-5 times)
- 6. The design work is done!
- 7. Customer makes a full payment for the design work to Sumeka.
- 8. Sumeka sends artwork file to our customers
Printing service
- 1. Customer should send an inquiry specification or receive our consulting for an appropriate guidline.
- 2. Sumeka would have propose a quotation along with drafting / Mock up (may have some expense but could be return to discount in next time.
- 3. Customer confirms the quotation and makes a deposit for the design work to Sumeka.
- 4. Sumeka would be sending the task aporove for customers sign reconfirmation then we will production within 3 working days. After received attachment were no any cost happened.
- 5. Sumeka would welcome for all customers come to approve your tasks at front of our machine. (NO COST CONCERNED)
- 6. The design work is done!
- 7. Customer makes a full payment for the design work to Sumeka.
- 8. Sumeka sends artwork file to our customers
Note
1. For companies that have been registered for 1 to 3 years at the time, credit sales could be granted as per your request except for the design work deposit
2. For companies that have been registered for over 3 years at the time, credit sales could be granted for the whole amount while deposit could also be exempted as per your request

Faq
Why can’t I order and pay on the website right away?
To ensure the highest-quality services, we find it important to confirm all printing details with you again directly. Therefore, after you enter basic information of your order online, our team will contact you within 24 hours (Mostly in 3 working hours)
What if I want to order similar products to those on the ‘product list’, what should I do?
Please contact our sales team directly via line chat ‘@sumeka’ or call 02-433-3359-60 ext. 211 or email us. Our working hours are Mon-Fri 8.30 - 16.30 and Sat 8.30 - 11.30.
How long does it take until i get my order?
The lead time depends on your order. We will inform you of our lead time once we get your order here online. However, the shortest is 2 days from the day we receive and confirm the artwork with you.
I am not in Bangkok. Do you deliver to outside of Bangkok and will there be additional costs?
We can deliver to anywhere inside and outside of Thailand but additional costs may applied.
